Anything you can cook in your kitchen, we can cook at the wagon. Cow Camp Cook offers a cowboy breakfast or brunch. Additionally, you can enjoy a taste of the Old West by eating a hearty chuck wagon dinner that can include:
- “all-day pinto beans” cooked in a Texas-sized pot
- Calvary Stew (enough to feed an army)
- old fashioned “Cracklin” cornbread (for you city folks, we can cook plain-old cornbread)
- Chuck wagon Biscuits
- dee-licious camp cobbler
